By accessing the Liora Diamond website or initiating any purchase or business inquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Liora Diamond.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review the terms periodically, as continued use of our services following any update will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.
3.2 Business Nature
catering to registered businesses, jewellers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and trade professionals. We do not engage in direct retail or consumer-facing transactions of any kind.
All business engagements with Liora Diamond are intended strictly for commercial and trade purposes. Liora Diamond operates exclusively as a B2B (business-to-business) supplier of diamonds, Clients are expected to hold the necessary trade licenses and comply with all local regulations applicable to the import, ownership, and resale of diamonds in their respective regions.
3.3 Product Details
All diamonds offered by Liora Diamond are sold strictly based on the specifications stated in the invoice, including shape, carat weight, colour, clarity, and cut. We deal in a comprehensive range of shapes including Round, Princess, Oval, Pear, Marquise, Cushion, Emerald, Radiant, Asscher, Heart, and more, as well as coloured diamonds across a full spectrum of fancy hues.
As diamonds are natural or scientifically grown stones, minor variations in appearance may occur due to their inherent characteristics, which do not constitute a product defect or misrepresentation. Buyers are encouraged to review all specifications carefully before confirming an order and to raise any concerns prior to finalizing the purchase.
3.4 Pricing
Prices quoted by Liora Diamond are subject to change without prior notice, as diamond pricing is influenced by international market rates, currency fluctuations, and supply availability at any given time. Any informal or verbal quotes shared outside of a formal invoice are not binding.
The final, confirmed price is only established upon the issuance of a formal invoice by Liora Diamond. Clients are advised to review the invoice thoroughly before proceeding with payment, and any pricing discrepancies must be raised and resolved before the transaction is completed.
3.5 Payment Terms
Liora Diamond requires 100% advance payment before any order is confirmed and dispatched, unless a separate written agreement specifying alternative payment terms has been mutually established with the client. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and other officially approved payment channels.
All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice. Liora Diamond is not responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or international transfer charges incurred by the buyer. Payment is considered complete only when the full amount has been received and cleared in our designated account.
3.6 Order Confirmation
An order is formally confirmed by Liora Diamond only upon receipt of full payment. Prior to payment clearance, any quotation or discussion regarding stock availability remains provisional and subject to change, as inventory is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Liora Diamond reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including situations where inventory is unavailable, concerns arise regarding the transaction, or the order does not meet our standard business criteria. In any such case, any payment already received will be refunded in full and promptly.
3.7 Shipping & Delivery
All shipping and delivery matters — including methods, timelines, charges, risk of loss, and customs responsibilities — are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Clients are advised to review the Shipping Policy in full before placing an order.
Liora Diamond works with globally trusted logistics partners to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery of every shipment. Any shipping-related queries or concerns should be directed to our team, and we will coordinate with our logistics partners to provide timely updates and effective resolutions.
3.8 Returns & Refunds
Liora Diamond maintains a strict no-return policy for all diamond sales, as these are high-value, specification-based products that are thoroughly confirmed prior to purchase. Returns will only be considered if explicitly agreed upon in writing at the time of the purchase agreement.
Any claims regarding discrepancies, damage, or concerns with received goods must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted beyond this window will not be entertained. All valid claims will be investigated by our team and an appropriate resolution will be communicated in a timely manner.
3.9 Export Compliance
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all import and export regulations applicable in their country of operation. This includes obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required for the lawful importation of diamonds and precious stones.
Liora Diamond provides all required export documentation from India's end and operates in full compliance with applicable trade laws and the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS). Any non-compliance on the buyer's part with their own country's regulations is entirely outside our responsibility and purview.
3.10 Intellectual Property
All content on the Liora Diamond website and in our marketing materials — including text, images, branding, product descriptions, pricing structures, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Liora Diamond. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any such content is strictly prohibited.
Any use of our brand name, logo, or proprietary content without prior written permission from Liora Diamond will be considered an infringement and may result in legal action. Clients and business partners are permitted to reference Liora Diamond only in contexts explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3.11 Limitation of Liability
Liora Diamond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, or market opportunity — arising from the use of our services or delays that fall outside our direct control. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.
By engaging with Liora Diamond's services, clients acknowledge and accept these limitations. We encourage all clients to raise concerns promptly so they can be addressed efficiently. In no event shall our total liability to any client exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
3.12 Force Majeure
Liora Diamond shall not be held responsible for any delay, non-performance, or failure to fulfill obligations arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, wars, civil unrest, or strikes. Such events are entirely beyond our control and shall temporarily relieve us of our obligations for the duration of the disruption.
In the event of a force majeure situation, Liora Diamond will communicate proactively with affected clients and make every reasonable effort to resume normal operations as swiftly as possible. We are committed to maintaining transparency and strong business partnerships even during unforeseen circumstances.
3.13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Liora Diamond encourages all clients to resolve any disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing formal legal remedies. Our team is committed to addressing concerns fairly and reaching mutually acceptable resolutions wherever possible.
